  • Walk the perimeter of your property looking for any signs of damage or vandalism​

  • ​Visually check gutters for signs of blockage, roof for siobvious signs of damage

  • Check for water leaks from faucets, spigots, and pool

  • Remove newspapers or mail (showing signes of an empty home)

  • Services specific to your agreement with Pelican Patrol

  • Inspect walls, windows, doors, for signs of damage, water, insects and make sure they are locked

  • Flush toilets and run water in sinks and tub

  • Run Garbage Disposal

  • Check all appliances​

• Storm Preparation

  • Securing lawn furniture, yard art, and other loose objects that can turn into projectiles in a storm.​

  • Assisting in making arrangements for installation of storm shutters if applicable

• Key Holding Services

  • Let Vendors in for any repairs​

  • Renter Check-in & Check-out 

  • Single entry point of contact

• Concierge Services

  • Replace smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector batteries​

  • Replace A/C filters

  • Start vehicles to keep battery fresh

  • Grocery shopping for food items so you don't come home to an empty refrigerator

• After-Hours Emergency Service

  • Will assist for emergencies that may arise for an hourly rate​

• We are not a Home Inspection Service (those used in buying or selling a property)

• We are not a House-Sitting Service and do not live in your home while you are away
